COVID-19 General Statement

We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19.Your well-being is our number one priority and we are taking steps to help keep our communities safe. As our employees have some resident interaction, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We have closed our office to walk -in traffic. A drop box has been placed outside the door for HOA payments. We have limited the size of meetings, provided remote work solutions and continue to reinforce safe behavior and the importance of good hygiene in every environment. We are partnering with manufacturers to source as many sanitizers and protective supplies as possible for our maintenance staff. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work and we have specific quarantine procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19. Keeping our properties safe, clean and functioning is incredibly important during times like these. Help us keep you safe by following any new rules as it applies to slowing the spread of COVID -19.
